Background: Terrorists have taken siege a large 2 story hotel 
and hold 4 innocent guests in captivity.

Terrorists: Secure all entrances into the building
and guard the hostages.

Counters: Rescue the hostages from the terrorists
and return them to the rescue point.
  
Other Notes: There are 4 hostages and 2 rescue points in the map.
