Based on cs_assault by CryptR (lmuur@dlc.fi)

Changes from cs_assault:

-Snow everywhere outside with snow falling
-CT Spawn buildings rearranged
-Small tower above backdoor
-Area above hostages has vent into hostage room
-Hostage room is changed and has 2nd level
-This 2nd level has Christmas tree and presents
-Area inside warehouse near back door is different
-Various different textures from normal assault
-Christmas lights (red/green) in some places
