Background: The important engineer with 
a protection force has to get to a facility 
as part of a national security undertaking. 
There is a risk of him getting killed since
the security situation has got a lot worse.

Counter-Terrorists: Protect the VIP at all 
costs. Escort him to the facility and the
gate on the lower part or the door inside 
the topside part of the facility.

Terrorists: Eliminate the VIP before he 
escapes.
